Founder and Principal
I started Lifted Boat, because I noticed an opportunity to inspire visionary leadership among non-profits. I have served on many leadership circles for non-profit management and development. Most frequently, I hear non-profit leaders' desire to secure more resources, followed by countless reasons why they cannot raise funds or their barriers to achieving their goals. Pair this with the usual consulting firms offering the same stale advice. I do it differently.

I have spent 15 years in the industry, and have worked alongside some of the best gifts officers for one of the most successful Development teams in the nation. I want to bring my knowledge, skills, and know-how to your non-profit, and help your team build a positive, goal-oriented mindset, matched by data-informed strategies for sustainable success. When I have a rare free moment, I ride my bike, hike, cook, draw and spend time with family. Human service, education, animal welfare, environmental conservation, arts & culture, heart and neurological health nonprofit missions are especially important to me.
